Omni Communications Inc. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a private Dutch company for a land development project in Curaçao. Omni will be the telecommunications service provider and operator for this resort, marina condominium, and casino project.

Omni conducted an engineering study for the relocation of a 9.2 meter antenna for the Federal Aviation Administration.

Omni was in partnership with the Office of Civil Aviation for the Government of Haiti to engineer, install and operate a satellite network connected to the Federal Aviation Administration's Caribbean network for increased air traffic control.

Omni Communications has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a private company for a satellite network to service a hotel resort and business/medical center in St. Lucia. Omni will be the telecommunications service provider and operator for this project offering state-of-the-art telecommunications services and support to a new hotel/hospital/resort complex. Services will include telephony, internet access, cable television, a telemedicine link (voice, data, video), and private, secure data reception and transmission and e-commerce applications.
